What Causes Soreness On The Feet?

Hi: I was sitting on my feet; then up on my knees with my feet still under me; I was knocked backwards, but couldn t pull my feet out, so they bent back as I fell back; The top, outside of my feet are so sore I really can hardly walk. I ve tried icing; seems to help a little, but still can hardly hobble around. Never experienced anything like this before. Can you help?. . .thanks so much

get an xray feet done. if everything comes out alright, get a pain killer and massaging should do the rest. do not massage until an xray is done
