What Causes Soreness On The Right Side For Over Five Days Along With Intermittent Discomfort?

I ve been having pain on my right side for 5 days now. At first it was more like a sore uncomfortable feeling but now it s starting to feel like a stabbing pain that comes and goes. I don t have nausea and haven t vomitted, it also doesn t burn when I pee. Lying down on my right side seems to help. Haven t had fever or chills, no constipation, no jaundice. Can anyone tell me what this could be?
