What Causes Soreness On The Roof Of Mouth While Swallowing?

Hi I have been sick for a while now was seen and thought it was a virus. Finished a z pack but symptoms remain the same and now roof of my mouth is a little sore even in swallowing. Not terribly painful just annoying. Wait? Get evaluated again? Thoughts?

1. Going by your symptom of painful swallowing it seems to be painful dysphagia, you may check with an ENT doctor for necessary examination and investigation, and continue with:

.bland and soft diet,more of milk, avoid hot drinks and spicy foods
. Inj. Neurobion and B complex syrup.
