What Causes Sores Around Elbows And Legs Of A Child?

Hi, My son is 6 years old and for about 2-3 months he has had little round sores on his elbows and legs not completely covering the area but they are visible. They kind of look like something a boo boo that is healed but they are very itchy, causing him to scratch and it seems like more come.

Hi,
Welcome to the HCM.
Since these rashes have to be seen in person first then can be diagnosed properly.Still from the history ,it could be scabies (a parasitic itchy rashes) or eczema which can also cause rashes with itch.
I would suggest get checked by a dermatologist to rule out any above cause and treat accordingly.
