What Causes Sores In Mouth After Taking Melatonin?

I have been taking melatonin gummies 5 days now to fall asleep. After the first day I woke up with a sore throat. The 3rd day I got sores in my mouth and now my tongue has a big canker sore is what it looks like. Could I be having an allergic reaction?

it is a sedative. sore throat is not cause for ,the drug, you might be getting flue. go for gurgling . take levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily. get your throat examined by ent doctor. if requered tou might have to take ezythrocin 500mg daily mfor 3days. stoptaking melatonin. change life style. increase physical acyivity. try to get sleep in natural way.
