What Causes Sores In Nose?

I keep getting these sores in my nose right in the end of my nose and they go away after a few days and then come back. It makes my nose very sore to the touch. Any idea what this could be. I have had a doctor look at my nose and give me a nose spray but that doesn't seem to help.

Hi, the causes of recurrent sores ain the nose are many but nose picking and eczema of the region are the common ones. Use of lubricating ointment like Neosporin helps in keeping the area moist and so is the liquid paraffin drops. Please avoid putting finger in nose. Also get yourself checked for diabetes. Please see an ENT if the symptoms persist. Regards
