What Causes Sores On Inner Cheeks?

Hello, I have a painless sore on both sides of my inner cheeks. Not sure how long it has been there but it does not cause or seem to have problems, except that they are there. However, I do have poor oral hygene, and I recently started to brush my teeth twice a day. Yet the sores are still there, with no problems. What may be the cause?

As per your complain painless sores on both sides of inner cheeks which are persisting and does not cause any discomfort can be due to Fordyce's Spots which are raised sebaceous glands and are harmless and does not cause any discomfort..
You can also get it confirmed by consulting an oral physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case if fordyce's spots is confirmed you need not to worry as no treatment is needed and if you still want to get it removed lazer treatment can be done to remove..
