What Causes Sores On Penis Head Post Protected Anal Sex?

I have had anal sex awhile back without protection, and now i have little bubbly clear skin sores that dont pop all over the head of my penis, ive visited doctors and they say its normal, ive visited a dermatologist and they said it was nothing, but i never told anyone i did anal, i just showed them. It looks really nasty, and its not normal, it it kinda hurts sometimes. Please help, give me some names of what it could be or something.

it is full of risk since unprotected. better go for STDtest. if negative then it isok, but donot repeat it infuture.
