General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello! Thank you for writing us here.
Ulcers could be mainly due to viral infection. The most probable diagnosis would be herpes. Antiviral medications are important to prevent any further complication. Please refer a 5 day course for these medications.
-Aciclovir 200 mg 5 times in a day
- Famciclovir 250mg 3 times a day
- Valaciclovir 500mg 2 times a day

- paracetamol for pain as required

Have these medicines for 5 days and you'll be better.

Regards,
Dr Gunjan
