Hello,

As per your case history you are having viral rashes in oral cavity.

My treatment advice is:
1. Drink plenty of water and avoid cold foods.
2. Apply a triamcinolone gel on oral lesions.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.

If the problem persists, then consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
