What Causes Sour Pain In Upper Back Bone And Scapula?

I'm 17 years old. I always felt sour pain which is unbearable on my upper backbone including scapula, neck and other joints. I don't know what is the main causes of this and what lead me to all those pain. I also felt sleepy everyday. Felt no mood when the sour feeling attacked me.
