I m 35 weeks pregnant with twins. This is the second time in a month that I ve had sparkles in my vision (like shooting stars). My BP is perfect (I m checked weekly), iron levels normal (11), non-stress tests are all normal, and everything has been healthy with pregnancy. The stars only last about 15 seconds. What is that?
Hello, I can understand your concern about that problem. I would like to tell you that this is very common during pregnancy specially in case of twins, so you need not to worry much about it. I would suggest you to check your BP and sugar level regularly. Take plenty of liquids including lemon glucose water. Sometimes BP gets lower during twin pregnancy due to increased blood flow through placenta to meet extra requirement of twins. So don't bother much about it, but at the same time take extra precautions with regular follow up with your gynec. Hope this answers your question and feel free to ask any of your further queries directly to me anytime. Wishing you best luck for your twins and have a healthy life ahead.
