What Causes Spasms In Right Eye And Dizziness?
I am 57 yo female, no health issues, but today my right eyeball went into a spasm (it was painless), and it made my vision cross and I became a bit dizzy due to the roving vision. This only happened for about 30 seconds, then it went back to normal. Should I be concerned about this incident? What do you think it was (I m not on any medications and have no chronic conditions).
