What Causes Spasms In The Bladder And Burning Urination?

I have had a bladder tact 6 or so years ago, recently have been experiencing lots of Bladder spasms and/or burning when I use the bath room. I have had a UTI test with nothing showing up. Does this mean my bladder has possibly dropped and is getting irritated? Going back and having another bladder tact is that normal?
