What Causes Spasms In The Hands?

Good day, I have a spasm/twitching in my right hand since early this morning when I got up to get ready for work, it has not subsided as yet. I do get them early in the morning when I'm applying my make up, it starts to shake first and then the spasm/twitching starts. Usually it goes away except for today, no history in the family of Parkinsons but Altzheimers yes on my mother and fathers side, what should I do? Belinda Bester
