What Causes Spasms Of Uterus With Endometriosis?

I have been having weird spasms in my uterus intermittently for about 6 months and am trying to conceive could this be worriesome? I have been trying to conceive for 26 months with no success. I do have a history of endometriosis. Please help I am concerned that this may be "shaking off" any potential implantation.
