What Causes Spasms On The Back And Vaginal Pain?

Hello, I ve been having back spasms in my Lumbar region. I also have issues with my sacroiliac right side. Today, I began having shooting pains from my back down into the right side of my vagina. Any ideas on what may be causing this vaginal pain will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much, Michelle

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Michelle,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the symptoms you are complaining of, it appears that you could be having pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). You need to be treated with appropriate course of antibiotics and analgesic medications.
Kindly get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen done and consult Gynaecologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
