What Causes Spasticity In Fingers?

I wake up with stiff fingers and I am unable to make a fist. It feels stiff and like the muscles have shrunk. I am 62.Had a triple Bypass 5 yrs ago. I am 5 ft 11
and I weight 99kgs. I have small amounts of arthritis in my back but this feels different. I also a seem to have very tight muscles all the time . I have neutral acidity in my body when tested yesterday.

hello,
welcome to HCM
there are different caudes of such stiff fingers like--
arthritis,atherosclerotic disease,previous trauma and fracture,side effect of drugs.etc
i shall advise you to go for CBC,ESR,RA FACTOR,
XRAY OF HAND.take some NSAID now for relief.
also consult a rheumatologist..
