What Causes Speaking Difficulty Despite A Normal Brain Scan?

Im on life long anticoagulant since 1992 in 2014 I suffer a bang to the back of my head a few days after the bang I developed a problem with my speak whom straight away call an ambulance I was taken to hospital and released a few hours later my speech didn t improve my gp questioned why a brain scan wasn t done 13wks after the bang they did a brain scan gradually a month later u started to have pins and needles sensation. In my leg and arms my gp referred me to a neurologist whilst awaiting the appointment my brother passed away granted at this time I was devastated but these symthons I was experiencing before his death where gradually getting worse I had another brain scan and seen somebody from the memory team at the hospital I then seen my neurolagist who says its psychological and stress related my symthons have gradually got worse over time pins and needle sensation in my arms legs and feet bad cramps whilst in bed like muscle spasm Problems with my bladder I have no warning I need the toliet its a just like a sudden urge to go sonetimes i can actually leak urine before I get there it is quite embarrassing I am tired wen I wake up and this gradually gets worse throughout the day I have no engery heat seems to make these sensations worse as well I feel like I m going mad I know it is not phycologicsl or stress due to my brothers death as the Dr is trying to say please can you help
