What Causes Speech Delay In A Child?

Our neighbors are raising there granddaughter She will be eight and is still pooping in her pants almost daily. She is at our house every day to play with our little girl. She also hardly ever says a word. I know she can talk but she wont. You can ask her a question 10 times and she will not say a word. What could be wrong with her?

she needs a complete ear nose and throat checkup. generaly delay inspeech is associated with deafness. after complete examination speech therapy and sign language can be tought.
