Hi and thank you for asking us on HCM!

You don't say you age in your query but anyway ejaculation during sleep or "wet dreams" are known for centuries and don't make any problem. This happens more frequently in teenagers but also seen in men after puberty and after 30 years. Some doctors relate it with the masturbation during the day, so the body is adapted to this activity and produces more sperm (and it's ejaculated during the night). Some other doctors relate it with unconscious sexual desires and other inner unresolved issues. Anyway it doesn't affect your sexual life in the future. Also masturbating doesn't harm your health (of course if you don't pass the limits).
