Hello and welcome.

Red coloured vomitus is most probably due to the food eaten, but if at all you feel the food you ingested was not coloured red by dyes, etc; then your vomitus might have to be investigated for a possible bleed. Your symptoms match a possible stomach infection or even some gastric condition, which is why it would be best to visit your doctor for an elaborate evaluation and also please make sure you consume as much water as possible.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
