What Causes Spider Veins Around Abdominal Area While Treating Kidney Stones?

last year i was diagnosed with having cysts in my kidneys as well as kidney stones. Since I have been feeling particularly sensitive around sides and rib area. Yesterday i noticed that i have bruising and what looks like spider veins on both sides. Do you think they are related?

Spider veins on flanks usually occurs in conditions wherein the pressure is high in capillaries leading to rupture of capillaries. It can occur in liver diseases and portal hypertension.
