What Causes Spinal Scar Leakage And Back Pain?

Hello, I'm 29 years old and I have had Harrington rods on both sides of my spine the full length of my back since I was 11 years old. I have had awful back pain for years and all of the doctors that I see say it is in my head.... Strange how my head is not the body part that is hurting? Lately my husband has noticed that at the bottom of my scar it is leaking. what is wrong? what should I do?
