What Causes Spine Crepitus With Headaches And Neck Pain?

Hi there I am experiencing a grinding feeling at the top of the spine in my lower cranial region which is causing all kinds of tension headaches at the top of my skull, tension in the teeth, pain in the back of the neck, tightness behind the nose. I am 38, 6ft and healthy, doing yoga 3 x week, walking a lot, meditating... eat well, don't smoke, hardly drink... very healthy.
