What Causes Spinning Feeling While Blowing Nose?
44 year old female, heavy period today, plus I m on 2nd day of zpack due to bad cold. Just blew my nose and the room spun for about a minute. White noise in right ear, started to sweat, thought for sure I was gonna hit the ground. What is going on?

As per your history, it may be due to BPPV.
For that you can take tablet betahistine.
Do Epley maneuver after ENT consultation.
Take proper rest. Keep your self hydrated.
Avoid sudden head movements and forceful nose blowing.
