What Causes Spinning Or Room, Increased Body Temperature And Racing Heart?

I just had a major dizzy spell. I just ate a healthy lunch and I went to sit in my office and when pushed myself from my desk to get up the room began spinning, my body temperature rose and my skin became clammy and my pulse began racing. It lasted about 5 mins. Why would this happen?
