What Causes Spinning Sensation And Vision Complaints When Turning The Head?

When spinning or turning my head quickly, I get the spinning sensation, vision complaints, such as a perception that things are jumping or moving tunnel vision/hearing loss like fainting. Sometimes a feeling of nausea accompanied with hot flashes. I feel weak with little coordination and balance, difficulty walking. Please advise.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having spinning sensation and vision problems on rotating or turning the head.
These symptoms indicate vertigo.
The causes include peripheral causes like inner ear diseases affecting the vestibular system and central neurological causes.
The treatment is by use of anti vertigo drugs and treatment of underlying cause.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
