Hi, I was driving on the highway when this sudden spinning vision struck me. It was serious, serious spinning...vision swaying side ways from left to right vigoriously. I feel I am goning to lose control of my car any time as I cannot even see the road markings on the 5 lanes highway. Took me extreme concentration to hold on tight to my steering and slowly bring my car to the road side.After about 2-3 mins of rest, the spinning slowly subside and stop.I never had such experiece in my life before, minor giddiness when I suddenly stood up after sitting for long is occasional and normal to me...but not this time.
