What Causes Spiting Blood?

I went to the restroom to spit and then I took a shower once I came out I noticed the sink had blood and I don t check earlier when I had spit so I spit again and a whole bunch if blood came out please help is it anything bad I keep and keep spirt and more and more blood comes I Dranked water and now it stoped?

Most common cause for blood in spit would be a gum infection/swelling ,dont worry , this can be easily treated. Please meet your dentist for confirming this and further advice.
