Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain blood in spit after brushing teeth can be most commonly from the bleeding from gums and it can be due to infection and inflammation of gums causing
gingivitis..
It can also be from throat in case if there is infection in throat causing inflammation and swelling in throat..
Both the conditions are not severely fatal and treatment of the same can relieve..
Consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and treatment can be planned according to the cause..
The
swollen lymph nodes can occur due to infection, inflammation and in some conditions malignancy [lymphoma].
As it is already ten months that the lymph nodes are inflamed you should get a FNAC of the lymph nodes done to rule out the exact cause..
In case of infections antibiotics can help while in case of malignancy
chemotherapy is the line of treatment..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
