Hello

Spitting of blood may be from respiratory tract or gastrointestinal tract.
You may need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,chest X-ray(PA view),sputum examination,ultrasound of abdomen.
As you take alcohol,it is important to assess liver, variceal bleeding etc.

You may need further investigations like upper GI endoscopy, bronchoscopy,CT scan after evaluation.
Treatment depend upon findings.

For irregular bleeding, you may need proper clinical examination and ultrasound of pelvis.
It is important to exclude associated pathology like fibroid etc.

Get well soon.
Take Care
