What Causes Spitting Up Blood And Sore Throat?

HI, I am 25 years old Male, I have Unusual Bleeding in my mouth when i wake up in the morning and sometimes when i spit, Their is no Pain at the time of bleeding except for when i have Cold and at this times i feel pain in my throat & their are Red Patches on the Throat lining behind the mouth, i have Dust Allergy... Is it bleeding for the infection or would you recommend me to consult a ENT Specialist ?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The bleeding in the mouth can be because of the gum infection secondary to deposits over the teeth and the other possible cause can be any break or cut in the mucosa. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get your teeth cleaned(scaling and root planing).
The throat infection can be a separate entity secondary to bacterial infection. You can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole combination. Do saline gargling. If the pain the throat does not come down in three days consult a ENT surgeon.
