Hello dear
I understand your concern
Following are cause of splinter haemmorrhages:
Trauma: most common cause. It is usually seen in distal nail bed of dominant hand
If you have pain in chest every time then endocarditis should be rule out.
Other causes are SLE,
Hypertension,
rheumatoid arthritis,
thrombocytopenia, hypertension,
hyperthyroidism, diabetes, certain skin diseases like psoriasis, pemphigus and dermatitis.
I would suggest to consult internal medicine specialist and undergo complete evaluation and blood tests like CBC, ESR, CRP, RA factor, ASO,
thyroid function tests, blood sugar levels and blood pressure check up
It these also come normal there is no need to worry as appearance of these splinter haemorrhages can be a normal occurrence in your case.
Avoid stress take healthy diet, drink plenty of water do regular exercise.
Hope this may help you
Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
