Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Soreness of tongue can be due to deficiency of vitamin B complex. I suggest you to take vitamin B complex capsules twice a day. Hardening and splitting of skin on feet can be due to dryness of skin. I suggest you to consult your dermatologist for clinical assessment and thus management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
