What Causes Splotchy And Itchy Rash On Neck, Stomach And Upper Thighs?
for about 5 or 6 years now my body has a rash, ive noticed it usually pops up when I am hot or after I get off work for example. it is on my neck, my stomach, my back, even on my upper thighs, now its on my right arm in one spot. its splotchy and itchy... what causes it and what can I do
