What Causes Spontaneous Bleeding Under The Toe Nails While On Ibuprofen?

I take a significant amount of ibuprofen for spinal stenosis and degenerative disc dz. I also have fibromyalgia and a friend recommended I try chia seeds daily and turmeric. Over the past 2 weeks I have had spontaneous bruising under the toenails of both big toes. Is one of these a likely cause?
