What Causes Sporadic Loud And Painful Hiccups?

Every once in a while, I get hiccups. The thing is, they aren t very normal. They are really loud and can be painful. Also, whenever I get them, they last for a good 3-5 days. My parents are beginning to worry and it gets really annoying because no matter how many methods I try none of them usually work, maybe the first time only, then they don t. Do I have some sort of problem, and how can I cure this?

Hiccups are due to gastritis and hyperacidity and anxiety .If i have to treat such a patient i will advice have bland diet, no drinks, no fried no chillies, cap omeprazole 20 , eno sachets, tab perinorm cap cefalexin 250 .If need arises tab chlorpromaxine 25mg and tab pacitane just once.
