What Causes Sporadic Pain And Pressure In The Chest And Upper Back?
I ve been having pain/pressure/tightness on both sides of my chest and upper back (straight through). It radiates down both arms. It s incredibly painful and the pain seems to get worst when I lay down. It comes and goes, but it s been coming and going many times throughout the past few days. My blood pressure has been high, as well.

As your pain is much in severity and blood pressure is high, cardiovascular cause needs to be ruled out.
Investigate with following...
_Auscultation
_EKG
_2D ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY if needed
_blood pressure measurement
_chest x ray only if needed after Auscultation

Consult pulmonologoist or physician for examination and discuss your case
