What Causes Sporadic Pain In The Left Ankle?

I have sporadic pain in my left ankle. Sometimes I have no problem at all. It is like it catches and hurts badly and I limp around and have minor swelling. I have a terrible case of degenerative disc disease. I ve had 3 spinal surgeries and have severe arthritis in the L5 S1 area

mriof lumbar and sacral spine be taken it can be pivd. consult neuro and orthopaedic surgeon for examination and advise on surgical option. use hard bed.
