What Causes Sporadic Vaginal Bleeding Along With Dizzy Spells?

I had my first depo shot in Oct of last year and never went back to get my second shot. for the past few months I have experienced what seems to be sporadic bleeding here and there. So I am not too clear as to when my last Menstrual was. I have been feeling dizzy and off balance for the past week. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Could it be possible I may be pregnant?

i would suggest you to do blood hcg levels and do a ultrasound scan .. there is no evidence of pregnancy ...
