What Causes Sporadic Vaginal Spotting In A Child?
Hi my Daugher is 10 years she went to the bathroom today at school and when she wiped her self there was a little smear of blood on the toilet paper. This happen before a few weeks ago at home so should I be very concerned?, it is really a very small amount. Please help what I should do. Dolores Walkington

Regarding your daughters vaginal spotting I am suggesting that she might have early onset of menses or she is abused so ask her if anyone touched her private genitalia
In view of this please take to see a gynecologist for clinical assessment let them conduct the following test :
HIV test
High vaginal swab
Urine culture
Meanwhile give her syrup multivitamin pending the outcome of the result
