What Causes Sporatic On And Off Twitching In Left Temple?

i've had a sporatic twitching in my left temple off and on for 2 or 3 days. no pain, just an annoying twitch. i just started exercising at the gym 3 days ago. seems to have started after around the same time. i'm doing cardio and light weights.
