What Causes Spots All Over Back, Shoulder And Chest?

Hi I m 25 male and since I was 14 I developed spots all over my back/shoulders/chest and arms(down my biceps) I ve been to doctor and dermatologist many times and the medication doesn t seem to do anything, I need to get rid of these as I can t live my life it s so embarrassing I hate it

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The nature of spots on back, shoulders and chest needs to be known before any treatment can be planned for them.
Are the spots due to scars left behind after any infection or inflammation?
Or the are spots present since birth?
If the spots are present since birth or if they are present since birth then cosmetic treatment is required for the removal of the spots.
Now-a-days, laser treatment is quite effective in removal of scar marks and birth marks.
I suggest you to consult a cosmetologist for clinical assessment and management of the marks.
