What Causes Spots In Eyes And Headache After Flashing LED Light In Eyes?

My boyfriend at the time got mad at me and to be mean he shined a streamlight brand 350 lumens LED flashlight in my eyes the entire time I was in the bath tub, which was about 40 minutes. He was only standing about 15 feet away and then at one point had it less than a foot from my face. He has mirrors behind the bath tub so even if I turned around he would reflect the light into my eyes. Then for about 5 minutes turned on the strobe setting. I tried to close my eyes as much as possible, but every time I would look up even just to get the soap he would shine it directly in my eyes. That happened on July 4th and still today I have spots in my eyes and have had headaches every day since the incident. I already have astigmatism in both my eyes so driving at night was bad to begin with, now I m almost completely blind and can t drive at night at all. My question is, did the light from the flash light damage my eyes? Or will the spots and headaches go away?
