Hello,
You are suffering from spots on hand that are very itchy. You are suggested not to touch, pop or itch the area affected. Doing so will only cause further spread of infection. Take care of your hygiene and wear soft cotton clothes. Take bath at least two times a day and get all your clothes washed in hot water. Do not share your toiletries with anyone. You can take non-sedating antihistamine orally. one stat when needed for relieve.
You can apply ointment hydrocortisone on the affected area to get rid of itching. Stay away from allergy triggering factors like animal dander, dust, avoid contact with ornaments (nickel, etc), avoid contact with paint, harsh detergents, etc. Your symptoms should get reduced gradually. However, if symptoms remain persistent get clinically examined by a
dermatologist as
tinea corporis, drug rash and
contact dermatitis may also manifest with similar symptoms.
If tinea corporis is detected, you will be treated with a course of
Fluconazole (anti-fungal). Ointment
Clotrimazole works well on tinea corporis (ring worm). Over-the-counter medicines like
hydrocortisone cream might sometimes be adequate to get rid of itchy, red lumps: mild cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen, there are two forms of contact dermatitis (burning, itching, redness).
Itchy bumps with clear fluid is a common occurrence. The most common causes are allergies, infection, or
skin cancer. Contact dermatitis- appears as an itchy red rash with bumps but can also involve swollen, dry, flaky skin on any part of the body. Treatment will vary based on the cause but may include over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream or prescription oral antihistamines to relieve the itch.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
