What Causes Spots On Left Inner Eyelid?

Hi. My sister (27 year old, no previous health issues) has two new spots on her left inner eyelid. One in the upper (flat, irregular shaped), and lower (pinpoint, bumpy). Both are dark. She saw an ophthalmologist a few weeks ago for pain and grittiness in that same eye, but he didn t find anything (and i m assuming he didn t see the spots). What can this be? How likely is it cancer?
