What Causes Spots On Testis?

Hi Doctor,
I have 5-7 dot spots(in size of small stone) on my testis. I am felling scary and want to know the reason. Due to the sheyness, I did not consult any doctor. Can you please let me know my problem and suggested doctors in hyderabad.

My age is 24 and height is 169CM.

Thanks for query .

Multiple small spots on scrotal sac are Sebaceous Cysts .

The scrotal skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.

Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.

Please consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment.

If needed some of them which are bigger may need to get excised in Toto (Completely along with the sac).

Observe proper personal hygiene by washing genital area with soap water twice daily to prevent recurrence .
