What Causes Spots On The Cleavage And Lumps Under The Cleavage?

Hello, I m a 16 year old female from the Uk and I keep getting spots on my cleavage, sometimes I even appear to find lumps under the cleavage. This has been going on for 2 maybe 3 years now and I ve been going back and forth from the doctors and the hospital and given various treatments like acne creams and capsules, tablets etc. But nothing has worked for me. I have recently found a huge lump under the skin of my cleavage, sort of the size of a smallish stone I d say, it s hard and when I press down on it it hurts slightly depending on how much pressure i put on it. I m very worried about this as its been going on for so long and I ve never found one this big before, especially under my cleavage, I really would appreciate some advice and feedback on what you believe this could be and what I should do about it. Thankyou for your time.

Stony hard lesion over the sternal area points towards a condition called keloid...It is an abnormal proliferation of scar tissue that forms at the site of cutaneous injury...Most common site of occurence is sternal/cleavage area...There is a tendency to develop similiar lesion at the site of any injury so, i advice you to stay away from any injury to prevent it...Talking about the treatment options-Mechanical compression dressings, Silicone gel sheets and silicone occlusive dressings are some of the physical methods to treat it...Intralesional steroid injections accomplished by uniform injection of 10-40 mg/mL of triamcinolone acetonide 3-4 weekly can be tried inthe resistant cases...Cryotherapy, laser therapy, interferon injections are some of the other treatment options....thanks
