What Causes Spots/redness On Nose?
Hi, My son is 20 months old and has developed very small spots on his nose, it looks like a rash until up close and is isolated only to his nose. The skin is not dry. He has had this for a few days, with people now commenting about why he has a red nose. Any help appreciated.
